News has it, the unrelenting strikes that Qeros (Ethiopian Oromo youth) and Fanos (Ethiopian Amhara youth) waged in every part of Ethiopia has forced the hands of Ethiopian People’s Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF) to release seven prominent Oromo Federalist Congress (OFC) leaders from prison.

The attorney general of Ethiopia has decided to drop all criminal and terrorism charges of the leaders and decided to release them free. Among the released are Mr. Bekele Gerba, Gurmesa Ayano, Addisu Bulala, Dereje Tafa and four other OFC leaders.

Observers believe, the release of OFC leaders indicate the beginning of the end for EPRDF and victory for Qeros and Fanos of Ethiopia.
