  2. Hi Mikke, from Spain.
Thanks for your videos, you are making a very special work through them, very valuable, and also your articles.
I would like to share with you a very special book: CHIRUNNING, written by Danny Dreyer. He has developed a group of running tecniques based on his tai-chi knwoleges. As it is written on the cover, chi-running is a revolutionary aproach to EFFORTLESS and INJURY-FREE RUNNING. Beleave me, it's very interesting.
    Enjoy your run! ✨

  3. Great book! I’ve read it before. Very helpful. Hope more people realise what harm many shoes are doing to our bodies.

  4. Good review, it's on my book-it list actually… A book I found pretty excellent for marathon training was Healthy Intelligent Training, Colin Livingstone.

  5. Subscribed! Thanks for the review. I know this is a running channel, but Any chance you will be reviewing books outside the running category? Love your views! Maybe on your other channel? Thanks either way.

  6. Have you read "What I Talk About When I Talk About Running" by Haruki Murakami? Amazing book.

  7. Great video, I would like to check this one out. I'm currently reading The Pleasure Trap by Doug Lisle and Alan Goldhammer. It covers the motivational triad which instinctively drives us through life and also discusses the pleasure trap which which sometimes prevents us from engaging in healthy habits. Great read.

  8. Great video! I have a really weird question, but I see you have the fire going. Are you concerned about the smoke or any toxins being released?

  9. I haven't read this book, but I will now. I've read so many running books but I can't remember many as they were ordered in at the library. Some that I remember are Eat &Run, another Running Man, Born to Run (haven't read the second book yet), Killian Jornet's r. story, Kathy Switzer?-first woman to run Boston m., books on triathlon and Diane Nyads epic swim from Florida to Cuba. I must have read a book by or about Grete Waitz ages ago because I remember she's from Norway, most of her great achievements and she trained often in the frozen, dark mornings and died of cancer.

  10. Have any of you guys read the book? If so, did you like it? If not – what ARE you reading?
