The United States envoy to the United Nations told Mr. Hailemariam Desalegn to loosen the grip on Ethiopian youths and give them the chance to voice their concerns, it is reported.
In her three-nation official tour the American envoy to the United Nation, Nikki Haley had visited Ethiopia and will be visiting South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
It is revealed, the main topics of discussion are presumed to be human rights and regional security. During the discussions, the envoy managed to point out to the Prime Minister of Ethiopia to give Ethiopian youth an opportunity to have a say in their countries affairs and stop the human rights abuse throughout the Nation.
There is an international widespread yet unfounded perception that Ethiopia is thriving economically. But rights group accuse the Ethiopian minority led government as overpowering and stifling and deals harshly on political descents.
